We began as a small and humble design office which eventually evolved into a full service architectural design firm with over 40 architectural projects, 50 interior projects and 20 landscape projects till today. We also specialize in landscape design and development. Our team’s master plan designing methods along with plantation, material and lighting specifications carves a unique and appealing aura to every space while also giving it a sense of security and content.

Founding Members
Ar. Supriya Padhye
After pursuing her B.Arch. from Sir J.J. School of Architecture, Mumbai and M.E. Civil (T&CP) from COEP, Pune; Supriya started her own practice in 1987. She has completed many industrial projects where some of her esteemed clients were MICO, VIP, Godrej SCA, Jyoti Ceramics. In residential projects, she completed farm houses, bungalows, apartments, row houses. In public buildings category she successfully completed school buildings, training centers for Maharashtra State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation, hospitals. She has an extensive experience of 35 years in the field of Architecture, Interior designing and Planning.
Ar. Amruta Patankar
Amruta pursued her B.Arch. and M.Arch. (Landscape) from Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture, Pune. She began working in 2014. In the period of 9 years, she completed farm houses, bungalow projects along with residential and commercial interiors, terrace and podium level gardens, school activity gardens and industrial landscapes. She won the Landscape Design Competition held by Atlas Copco, Pune. Thereafter the design has successfully been executed at their Chakan plant. She has also worked in redevelopment projects in Thane.
Ar. Sayali Padhye
Sayali started her professional work in 2018. She pursued her B.Arch. from D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Pune. She has completed projects such as hotel buildings, commercial complexes, bungalows in Pune, Nashik, Pandharpur. Her first successful hotel project (Hotel Marigold Regency) was completed in Pandharpur in 2019. She has a vast experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
